Stopped in while we were riding around simply because we hadn’t been yet. My brother in law lives in Cookeville and says it always smells amazing. We sat down in a very comfortable and cozy atmosphere and was greeted by a splendid waitress with light purple hair. (I’m so sorry I didn’t get your name, I know you told me what it was.) Anyway, she was an absolute delight. My husband decided to get the samples and I got a catfish plate. It came out in very short order and what a plate it was! HUGE portions!! I got okra and a baked potato (as did my husband) for sides. Amazing okra (I’m picky about my okra) and large pieces of perfectly fried catfish filled me up and I could barely finish! My husband thoroughly enjoyed the ribs he got (top 10 in the COUNTRY!) and we both left stuffed! We will be back!!
