I had the combo platter and it was excellent!
Pork: Nice pulled pork. Bits of bark, most, flavorful and a little more smoke flavor than I’ve been finding at restaurants lately. Delicious!
Ribs: Bite-off-the-bone, not fall-off-the-bone. Perfectly cooked and not overcooked or mushy. Nice sweet-tangy sauce.
Brisket: very thinly sliced but holds together. nice pull and great flavor!
